THE STYLING

Femininity and spring were the top inspirations for this wedding editorial. Set in the county of Kent in England, Bradbourne House is a stunning stately home filled with English history and culture. Besides, this venue has magnificent blue interiors and floor-to-ceiling windows, draping our shoot in soft natural light.

With romantic saccharine creations, stunning florals, and a silk-draped table setting, this inspiration session oozed with light and sophisticated essence. Moreover, the English architecture and French blue inspired interiors made a beautiful backdrop to this spring femininity wedding inspiration.

On the other hand, the three dresses capture all sides of femininity: the femme fatale, the confident, and the vulnerable.

The first Wtoo Watters gown portrays empowerment with a stunning soft lace neckline. The look was completed with ’50s-inspired hair and makeup created by Nina Gregory.

Second, the Turin gown by Signature Justin Alexander radiates a bold and fearless look. A classic updo looked well with the dramatic sleeves and incredible details of this statement gown.

Then, the dress made by Wtoo Watters oozed with whimsical romance with puff sleeves and airy layers. I dreamed of this dress floating through the main hall of Brabourne House with the portraits from Bradbourne’s past watching. Besides, this dress looked great with a stunning headband created by Miss Clemmie, with the neutral tones that compliment the rest of the elements of this shoot.

Creating all three hair and makeup looks, the talented Nina Gregory pampered the bride with soft, timeless, and flattering styles. Moreover, the stylist pinned back the bride’s hair with handmade floral clips from Miss Clemmie Accessories.

THE DETAILS

Provided by Hire the Look, the modern cutlery and timeless glassware elevated this table set up for a romantic and intimate wedding.

Gold accents shine through while perfectly blending with the pastel colors of blush, white and green. The stationery created by Jacqui at Peonies and Paperclips created neutral tones and plenty of tactile finishes adding textures through blindde-bossing and clear foil to create a feminine floral look.

As for the flowers, Kate Wren created terrific floral arrangements that wrapped around the old fireplace and framed the table for an intimate wedding meal. Besides, Kate’s stunning bouquet with pastel English roses and white anemones looked beautiful next to these romantic gowns.

Furthermore, this editorial wouldn’t be complete without the three-tiered cake made by Emily’s Mixing Bowl. While this saccharine creation featured delicate sugar flowers, the hand-painted flicks and the blush rose bubbles made it unique. Cake and bubbles, what’s not to like?
